1.Data Controller and Representative

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (‘Law No. 6698’), your personal data may be processed by the legal entity FASTİNAP MÜHENDİSLİK HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ as the Data Controller within the scope described below. Birkan AKGÜL, who serves as General Manager, has been appointed as Data Representative.

b) Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data collected, in line with the purposes for which you have disclosed your personal data to us, planning and execution of corporate sustainability activities, maintenance and development of effective employee management, planning and execution of activities with business partners or suppliers, execution of personnel recruitment processes, evaluation of employee performance, company branding activities, execution / follow-up of the company's financial reporting and risk management operations, Personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698 for the purposes of employer's obligation under the laws, execution/follow-up of the legal affairs of the company, planning and execution of corporate communication activities, ensuring the legal and commercial security of the persons in business relations, performing the transactions of companies and partnership law, request and complaint management, managing investor relations, providing information to the competent authorities arising from the legislation, creating and following up visitor records. and 6. of the Law No. 6698 for the purposes of creating and following up visitor records.

c) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred

Your personal data collected; to ensure the fulfilment of the objectives of the establishment of the business partnership, to ensure that the services outsourced by our Company from the supplier and necessary to fulfil the commercial activities of our Company are provided to FASTİNAP MÜHENDİSLİK HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, to design and supervise the strategies regarding the commercial activities of our Company in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation, to ensure and supervise the management at the highest level, if requested by the relevant public institutions and organisations within the legal authority; to our business partners, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorised public institutions and private persons, FASTİNAP MÜHENDİSLİK HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, labour unions of which we are a member, creditors, audit firms, insurance agencies, lawyers and accountants, banks, Law No. 6698 Articles 8. d) Rights of the Personal Data Owner listed in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698
